Kevin did a great job cleaning the carpets in our entire house. We had 6 rooms, a hallway, stairs, and two area rugs... cleaned. The carpets look and feel new again. We will definitely be using him every year to maintain our carpet warranty and keep the carpets looking great. He was very courteous and timely and the pricing was comparable to other cleaners. To do 3 bedrooms, hall and stairs and the living room took about 1 hour 45 minutes. Tile and Grout Cleaning.Kevin was on time and the system he uses keeps you informed via email every step of the way.... Kevin did an excellent job preparing and cleaning the areas requested. A last minute request to clean the front slate porch that had become a slip hazard posed no challenge to him at all and it has eliminated the very slippery front porch that made me step very cautiously every time it rained. We saw an ad on Facebook that showed black grout cleaning up and becoming white again. I've been trying to clean my... grout using a steamer with minimal success so I thought I would give Combat cleaning service a try. Very responsive and got me on the calendar fairly quickly. Today Kevin did the bathrooms. I'm very pleased with the results. White grout is white again. A huge difference! Reasonably priced. He is coming back to do the arms of the sofa. Every year before the holidays I call for a company to come out and clean my... floors so that everyone can sit around the Christmas tree in a fresh and comfortable space. Usually, I am pleased with the outcome for a few days, but then the stains reappear and the fresh scent is gone. COMBAT CLEANING IS ON ANOTHER LEVEL! I will never call another company. When the two gentlemen arrived at my home, they were friendly and professional. Kevin is clearly knowledgeable and passionate about providing stellar customer service.
